APIGET /api/v1/skills/office-annotation-edit

Applies targeted edits to the parts of a PowerPoint deck or Excel workbook a user selected in the evo document viewer: a message carrying an evo-annotations block names the file, the slide and its selected shapes or area, or the sheet and its selected cell range, and an instruction per annotation. Use whenever a message contains an evo-annotations block. Edits only the annotated shapes or cells, keeps everything else byte-for-byte, and rebuilds through the file's generator when one produced it. Not for building a deck or workbook from scratch or restyling one without annotations.
