forge-build
Build a deployable site from generated Stitch screens. Use when the user wants to export, ship, publish, or turn their screens into a real website. Maps screens to routes and generates a static HTML, Astro, or Next.js project.
fill-template
Use when the user wants to "fill in this letter for each person", "mail merge", "generate letters for this list", "turn this filled letter into a template", or hands over a template plus a list. Bulk-fills ONE master template â a Word (.docx) letter/form or an Excel (.xlsx) form â from a data table, one filled file per row (mail-merge); or the reverse: extract a reusable tokenised .docx template + data-table skeleton from a filled example document, confirm the mapping, then fill. Reads the master, proposes a TOKENISED version (varying parts become {{tokens}}), confirms the mapping, then regenerates one output per data row, preserving the master's layout exactly. Data is an .xlsx or .csv (one row per output); outputs are one named file per record. Never invents: a token with no data is a VISIBLE flag, never a silent blank. Runs fully local and generates files only â it does not send, post or sign. Extract is .docx only this round (not .xlsx). Not a substitute for a hand-crafted single letter.
skeleton
Understand the overall structure and architecture of a codebase. Extracts all type declarations, method signatures, properties, and inheritance relationships into a compact skeleton. Use when user asks about project architecture, says "show me the structure", wants to explore an unfamiliar codebase, or is planning multi-module changes. Also use before launching an Explore agent to give it a structural map.

blast-radius
Map the full impact of a proposed change before making it. Use before refactors, API changes, database migrations, or any modification to shared code. Triggers: "blast radius", "what will break", "impact analysis", "what depends on this", "is it safe to change this", or before any significant refactor.
dbt_ingest
Map dbt `schema.yml` / `properties.yml` models and sources into KTX semantic-layer overlays and column notes. Covers `sources:` vs `models:`, column `data_tests` (not_null, unique, accepted_values, relationships), and how bundle-time writes complement manifest backfill from git sync. Load when the WorkUnit's `skillNames` includes `dbt_ingest` or when raw files are dbt YAML under `models/` / `sources/`.

Covers writing and maintaining the site map file: networks, devices, SSIDs, reservations, zones, an append-only Gotchas list, provenance checks that keep it honest, and the security rules for a file that is a burglary aid if it leaks. Assumes unifi-connect. Not for making changes to any of it (unifi-firewall, unifi-wifi, unifi-clients).
cli
Use when an agent needs to operate HeadlessX through the CLI instead of calling files or APIs directly. Covers installing the published HeadlessX CLI package, logging in with an API URL and API key, and running `headlessx` commands for website scraping, map, crawl, Google AI Search, Tavily, Exa, YouTube, jobs, and operators. Trigger for requests like "use the CLI", "test the CLI", "show the command", "log in with the CLI", or "run HeadlessX from terminal".
decompose

Takes a PRD, phase doc, or verbal description and breaks it into human-reviewable PR-sized work items with dependencies mapped into batches. Use when asked to "decompose", "break down this feature", "create work items for", or "plan the work items".
SpecLeft

Also triggered by mentions of "ast-index" CLI tool.
visualize
Create beautiful, self-contained HTML visualizations from any content or idea. Use for: slide decks, presentations, infographics, dashboards, flowcharts, diagrams, timelines, comparison tables, data visualizations, landing pages, one-pagers, org charts, mind maps, process flows, kanban boards, report summaries, or any visual that helps humans digest information faster. Trigger on requests like "visualize this," "make a deck," "create a slide," "build an infographic," "show me a dashboard," "make this visual," or any request to present information in a visual HTML format.
code-understand
Map the load-bearing files, symbols, callers, and dependencies of an unfamiliar codebase before making changes. Use for architecture orientation, impact analysis, what-would-break questions, or finding callers. Uses CodeGraph when available and a dependency-free builtin fallback.
maestro-design
Use when the work is design or brainstorming rather than implementation - turning a rough idea into decided design-of-record before any task is built. Covers mapping the problem from the real code, walking open questions one decision at a time, and locking each fork as a Decision record with running reasoning in the feature's notes.md. Reach for it on design, architecture, brainstorm, or spec-authoring requests in a Maestro repo.
